 * Hi,
 * Since a few days, I’m getting an error message after each automatic scan of my
   site: code **=>** vulnerabilities_lookup_failed message **=>** Could not lookup
   vulnerabilities. Any ideas on what is causing this & how to fix? I’m using the
   Basic version. Thank you!

 * Hi there, thanks for reaching out, and letting us know!
 * I understand how this can be concerning. The short version is that the Site Scanner
   had some temporary downtime over the weekend, but is working again now.
 * Longer version: on Sunday the 31st around 7 pm EST, we experienced downtime on
   the server managing the SolidWP Site Scanner. Our engineers resolved this yesterday,
   but you may still see intermittent issues as the server is still stabilizing
   and catching up from the weekend backlog.
 * We’re in the process of implementing new preventive measures, including a new
   log to provide better advance notification to prevent future instances of this
   scenario.
 * Thank you for understanding!
