They requested a custom work that was delivered and all assistance regarding its setup was granted. Even then they issued a refund via PayPal and flood everywhere possible about customization. Attempts to explain that the reviews section at wordpress.org is not the right place to discuss customizations did not lead to the result. Summarising all of the above we can draw a conclusion that these persons are simply scammers. Stay aware.
