• Hi everyone,

First post so bear with my for any unintended stupidity.

With people who buy a voucher for more than 1 person (i.e. voucher for 3 people) there is only space for entering the details of 1 recipient on the voucher page when you place the order. By having only 1 recipients details only get 1 voucher sent to their email address (and confirmation to the purchaser) and that voucher does not say how many people it is for. How can I get the voucher to show it is for 2, 3, 4 or more people?

What happens if they want to buy a single voucher for 2 different people (i.e. different recipient email addresses – say a corporate gift)? Do they have to do two separate transactions? Is there a facility to do it all in one transaction, can I change the requested recipient information to cater for the number of people the vouchers are bought for (ie if I buy a voucher for 3 people can it then ask me for up to 3 recipients details in the order)?

I hope this is just something simple that I have overlooked but I can’t seem to track it down anywhere.

    Cheers

    Andrew

Ok, since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know how it operates. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
