Votes/Reviews not registering with Plugin

    Originally the plugin was working fine. When i added the rich snippet to the bottom of my posts, people could click a star review amount and it would log their vote. I knew it was working because a popup would launch thanking them for their review.

    However for the past several weeks, votes are no longer registering and the popup is not confirming that the star review was received. Is there a glitch with the plugin on wordpress?

    The page i’ve linked too, is only one of several different pages that all are having the same issue. If a vote is placed on an earlier blog post, it works fine. On the newer ones it does not work at all.

    When testing the rich snippet with Google’s snippet tester, everything looks good. Can someone offer some insight on what could be the problem?

    please open support ticket regarding your issue from plugin backend support settings so we can take a closer look at your issue.
