Vote view widget placement

Hi,

Is there a way that I can place the voting view widget to show at the bottom of a page? Right now, it shows on top of the page.

Ideally, I would like it to be left aligned (as it is now), and above the voting form. Basically, right after the end of the article.

Please let me know which file I can edit, even if it is on my own theme functions file.
