This review is not related to the free version of Squirrly SEO, which can be downloaded from the WordPress directory. Therefore, this should be removed, since it does not belong here.
The matter itself concerns the PRO version, for which the user does not want to respect the terms of usage, to which he agreed and which he also cited in this review. The user knew the terms, yet thought that blackmailing us on forums and social media will make us change our terms.

People, please be careful when you sign up for a subscription. According to the terms, there is no way to get the money back if you forget to quit. Within 3 hours you have time from the notification of payment to pay via Paypal. An Absolute NoGO. According to the support one has agreed to the terms and conditions. I had the plugin about 11 months in use, well could not find much better Seo results. Except that it makes the site slow, nothing is actually happening. After the installation of the old plugin suddenly came an improvement in Google. And now that, ok my mistake forgot. But now pay for a plugin that you do not use is already dubious. Well again what learned.
As the subscription is tied to this plugin (which is only an interface to your service) and you do upsell here on this site then you invited this review.
The review stays. It’s a user’s experience and feedback related to your plugin.
Okay, it can stay.
To clarify for anyone reading this:
– the user agreed to the Terms of Use.
– The user purchased a Yearly subscription set to renew every year. It is clearly stated that the user is responsible for managing their subscription for their license.
– the yearly plan was charged automatically for the next year (after the previous period had expired), as the user was aware it would.
Squirrly simply did what the user already knew it would do.

Really? Well thanks, I’m glad you approve. But that completely misrepresents the situation. I wish you had not written that.
With the exception of any reviews that you may personally leave here none of the reviews here are yours. They’re not subject to your approval, and you don’t get to determine what is allowed or not.
Reviews here are feedback from your users. Nothing more and nothing less. Don’t use them for your marketing. That’s not what they are for.
That does not mean abusive reviews, reviews from the same people using different accounts, or people who were offered a discount in exchange for leaving a review does not get removed. Feel free to notify the moderators of reviews in any of those categories.
But this? This is feedback from not only your user but one of your customers or former customer. That’s allowed even if you do not like it.
In the past reviews regarding the PRO version were removed by the moderators. That caused a bit of confusion as to the way in which these are handled. Maybe things have changed and I wanted to let you know that I’m Okay with the change. It doesn’t bother me.
You don’t have to be so aggressive about it, since I didn’t mean it as a sign of disrespect.
Thanks @jan, I did not want to blackmail anyone and have not done that, this story is true, and I just wanted to warn the other users. And I forbid “blackmailing” as a word Mr. Florin Muresan. And the annual fee was paid by me, and will not be reclaimed, this is just an indication that other people do not have the same problem. For me, the topic is over and End.

Nonsense. I have no idea how people continue to use that excuse, it’s wrong and this has been explained to you before.
If someone seeks support for a “pro” version or their subscription on your site then they get this reply. Note the word “support”.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
You know that. Moderators have closed your support topics here for that reason. This is not new and has been enforced when found for years.
You also know that since you use the plugin here to upsell, you are inviting these reviews. That has always been true. You know this already or clearly forgot.
Support for pro versions? That is not permitted here.
Reviews for the pro version or your service? That is allowed and will continue to be allowed.
I’m closing this review as this is not a discussion with you, this is how this place works and has for years.
