Hi,
Please try to save all settings(each tab needs save separately), also have a look at the group editing page and make sure that limitations are set correctly.
Let us know the results.

I noticed this when I was setting it up. Have you deleted any groups? If you Delete the group that a post was in it will not longer let you vote for it. If the group isn’t deleted go into the group page and see how many votes are allowed for that person. The only other thing I can think of is are you logged in? I saw an option to only allow voting by people who are logged in.
I am having completely different voting problems my tool tip is showing up behind my posts. Anyone else having this double?

I am using your Feature Request, and find the plugin very nice.
My problem however is that when we have asked several people vote for ideas listed on the site. Only the first person can vote.
Settings is set to be Open – public voting.
Can you have a look at this issue?
I am using 1.1.1 version on WP 4.4.1

Do you have an estimated time line for this bug fix. I am hoping to use your plugin for a new website, but I am hoping to launch it within the next couple weeks.
