Volunteer contact info secure?

    Hi, we want to use Sign Up Sheets to allow parents to volunteer for various athletic activities. My question is if data that is entered is secure/not visible in searches?

    A different site we previously used didn’t secure the data so a simple Google search on a person’s name would bring up the sign up sheet with all of the person’s contact info.

    Google will only see the data that is displayed on the frontend of your site. So as long as you set the display name to be Anonymous or the default of First Name/Last Initial, for example, that is all people (and Google) will see.
