Hi four321zero you might have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all your other plugins except this one and carry out another test.

Nope still doesn’t work. Does anybody have a solution for this? Or maybe another audio plug-in that supports auto play?
I tried the AudioPlayer plug-in. This one is way better, just the volume control is a little messed up.

Hi have you tested a different theme? If not can you test one of WordPress default theme like Twenty Fourteen?

Can you also share your URL?

    Thank you

    My url is http://www.trekkipedia.in

I’ve deactivated the audio player for now. Would you prefer it on?

Am quite green when it comes to wordpress, so I don’t feel confident about being able to handle a theme change without losing my current set up. I might have to go through a lot of tutorials or other articles for that.

Hi enabling a different theme will not loose your settings at all. However if you are concern then create a backup, change the theme and carry out a test

Do you have any testing environment i.e. a local setup for you to use for testing?

I can’t find the volume control?

    Regards

Local set up as in? This is just my hobby, and I just use my home PC.

I have re-enabled the Music player. You can see now. Volume is set for 50, and it plays full volume.
This time ive added the code for template1 (seekbar and volume). If you notice, the mute does not work. It just makes the volume slightly lower. And the seek bar does not work either. omg lol. You can visually move the position of the track but the actual track remains unchanged.

Hi I just carried out some testing of my own. I tested with and without the template1. I also checked the volume on my laptop.

This is my results, without the template1 and adjusting my laptop volume to 75% I then added a volume=”10″ and it worked for me.

However if I enable template1 with the same settings as above for my laptop and the volume=”10″ it plays at my laptop level which is 75%.

One of the plugin developers will look into this. It could be a bug.

    Thank you

    Thank you, sir.

But I added the template1 code just today. Originally when I posted this problem, I had this problem without inserting template1 into my shortcode.

    Ok i’ll try adding volume=”10″ maybe 50 doesn’t work.

Nah volume=”10″ is not working for me even without template1.
Anyway, like you said, it seems to be a developers bug, so there’s nothing I can do to change it myself.

I appreciate your assistance though. Thanks again!

Yes, unfortunately it is out of my control. You have to wait until one of the plugin developers looks into this issue.

    Kind regards
