Voiding a Transaction

    I have the plugin set to Authorize Only. How would I void a non-captured transaction? Would I use the “Refund Via Authorize.Net CIM” button on the order page or must I log in to Authorize.net and void it there?

    Hello. To void an unsettled transaction, you would have to log into your Authorize.Net account and do it there.

    If the transaction is already settled, you can use the refund functionality in WooCommerce.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. Just curious, what would happen to an auth only/unsettled transaction if one used the “Refund Via Authorize.Net CIM” button?

    You would get an error message.
