Vitamin breaks all the site

Hello!
I like this plugin and use it a lot, but it makes problems when i deleate the possibility for cache it breakes all the site

it happens several times to me and this time i can t get it back in installing the plugin fom a backup again like all the other times.
Is there a way over FTP to change it and make he site work again?
i can t go into the dashboard
