# Visuals not showing

 * Hi there! I think I added the necessary visuals and their corresponding rules,
   but no visual is loaded in the left frame. The following steps have been taken:
    - Different Choice elements have been added
    - The choice elements have been added to one configurator
    - Visual have been added with images (.webp files), a rule that a choice must
      equal one option
    - The set of visuals has been linked to the created configuration

 * Sorry to hear your visuals are not showing up.
 * Can you make sure “Visual dimensions” are set to “no”? And if that is the case,
   can you temporarily remove the configuration selection as well? And save the 
   visual group.

 * Hello, thanks for your quick reply. Visual dimensions were already set to ‘no’.
   After removing the configuration from the visuals, making them global, still 
   no visibility. There’s probably some obvious step I missed, but I’d like to know
   which one.

 * Hello,
 * Thank you for sharing the details with us. You need to also set a base gallery
   image in WCB > Configurators > Configurator data > Visuals tab. These images 
   define the base layers for the gallery images.
