Visually Pleasing and Functional Plugin

I love WP Recipe Maker. The plugin is visually pleasing and very functional, giving you lots of options. I wonder if there’s a way to replace “Method” with “Directions”. My goal is to create a collection of vegetarian/vegan recipes with a focus on Brazilian cuisine. Each recipe will have an “English Idioms” section at the end. I’m hoping this will help me promote my new English-Portuguese dictionary of idioms, proverbs, and sayings.
