# Visualiser plugin not working with EXTRA theme version 4.9.2

 * Hi.
    Visualiser plugin is not working with my theme- EXTRA by Divi. It is working
   on my other 3 sites which are exact copy of each other. On these 3 sites, my 
   theme version is 4.9.4 and plugin version is 3.6.0.
 * This new site is also a copy of the exisiting 3 sites, but i have here theme 
   version 4.9.2 and plugin version 3.6.0 and plugin is not working.
 * when i am trying to add a new chart, it shows critical error page.

 * As you mentioned that everything works properly with the latest version of the
   theme on other sites, please update the theme to the latest version on that site
   too and then everything should work as expected.
