yes. why would norton lock up our html/visual buttons though? that’s bizarre.
is your attack some kind of HTML Acrobat PDF download thing?
Drover, what do you mean by an HTML Acrobat PDF download thing?
Yesterday, I tried scanning a document from my computer, but it didn’t work. I don’t know what it is, but it came to my computer as a JPG file. I had to use another machine to get a PDF version.
i have added a pdf file to my post.
^^^
Did not upload any PDF files on my site at all.
Nooooo….that’s the name of the attack that Norton keeps saying it’s detecting.
When you click for more information, what’s the name of the attack Norton is detecting?
i don’t get any warning or error when i click
So this isn’t a norton issue for you?
i think not,
it is strange. i write a text and upload a file, then he stand in the html mode but i didn’t click on it.
timo
nope,
i checkt it on a other pc and i get the same problem
can somewhone from wordpress say a thing about this
I disabled Norton and the Visual tab is once again functioning normally.
You can also UNCHECK HTTP Acrobat PDF Suspicious File Download under Signature Exclusions.
Norton is clearly the problem!
it’s not my problem.
i shut it down but i have the same issue
Thanks Patrick, that’s exactly what I just did and it seems fine now. Only took 4 hours on the phone with Norton. 🙁
