Visual Tab not working – cannot change my custom pin it buttons

Hello,

I want to change the custom pin it buttons I currently use. However, the visual tab brings me to a blank page on the WordPress dashboard, which means I can’t do anything. I have tried disabling and enabling the plug in again.

could you please open developer’s console and paste here the error that shows up in there?

Hello,

There is no error message, it just shows up an empty page/blank.

I can open the visual tab now and change the image, but it seems like the resizing option doesn’t work!

Hi @mrsztuczkens,

The “pin it” button you currently see on my blog is the right size because I’ve resized it manually, before uploading.

If I upload the larger file size and try to resize it under the visual tab, what happens is that the button does not adjust to the height and width that I want, it merely crops my large button into that size.
