Title: Visual Tab disappeared Last modified: August 22, 2016 --- # Visual Tab disappeared * Resolved [melroseumc](https://wordpress.org/support/users/melroseumc/) * (@melroseumc) * [11 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/visual-tab-disappeared-3/) * For 3 weeks now, I have not had a visual tab. * I have tried EVERYTHING I’ve read on previous problems with this including: * –changing themes –checking and checking the visual option under users –deactiviating and reactivating plug ins and widgets –reinstalling wordpress — I have the new update to wordpress * NOTHING works. I even tried adding a ‘new’ user and still it’s not there. PLEASE someone give me some help! * I DO NOT have FTP capabilities… is this an issue with theme? This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. If yes, what did UMC Web Press say when you asked about the Visual Tab? 4. We use UMC word press but have level 2 which isn’t the free level. They haven’t responded to my support ticket yet.
