 * Hi,
 * When I am writing a new post or editing one, I have lost my ‘visual’ editor and
   don’t have any of my shortcode buttons e.g. font, bold, italic, bullet points,
   page break etc.
 * Where have they gone and how do I get them back?
 * Thanks

 * Check that the rich-text editor hasn’t been disabled in your profile.
