 * I upgrade my blog to 2.5.1 after I want to write new message but (post-new.php)
   in this page visual post editor does not appear only html editor avaible..

 * Assuming under User->Your Profile, you have the ‘Use the visual editor when writing’
   checked, then I’d consider deleting the WordPress files, then reupload, per Steps
   7 and 8 in [Upgrading_WordPress_Extended](http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended).
