Visual Mode doesn’t work anymore

This happened to one of my sites that I was building at work. Then IT accidentally killed it and I had to start over. Is there a way to reinstall wordpress? that might help.

I’ve had this problem too, very frustrating. It resolved itself, but unfortunately I didn’t use good trouble shootiing protocol by trying only one thing at a time and testing, sorry. But I would pose this question here in this thread – has anyone tried switching to a default theme, looking at the text box to see if visual editing is available, an if so then switching back to the desired theme? That may have been what fixed it for me, but I hesitate to say – do this – without hearing from a more experienced user. I’m a bit klutzy when it comes to these things, good luck and please report back!
