Could you send some screenshots of what you’re seeing in the editor, front end and database to support@bootstrapped.ventures so I can take a look?
Hi Brecht thanks for quick response. Have you checked the URL? try to view it then kindly open another tab with the same url you will see that it will appear and disappear intermittently.

I did test the URL, yes. I opened 10+ tabs in 3 different browsers and the link shows up fine for me.
Is the editor loaded correctly when it’s empty like that? Can you type in other things?
It could be some kind of compatibility problem. Could you try using the Health Check plugin to test? We have a video in our documentation showing you exactly how to do that: https://help.bootstrapped.ventures/article/108-debugging-plugin-problems
Specifically the compatibility mode shown in the video where it basically tests a default theme and no other plugins active.
But it will be a bit annoying to test if it doesn’t happen all the time.
Yes it is loading the editor properly. I can add text and remove.
Also, I have done the health check and it’s all ok, I am not sure why it’s not getting the content.
The weird thing is if I visit the URL that 1st it will show me the VLP in frontend then when I refresh it will be gone then every-time I refresh it will be gone and suddenly shows-up.
I will try it again tonight… maybe its a browser cache issue… in chrome. 🙁
Issue still persist. I am confuse my its showing and disappearing.

You mentioned “I have done the health check and it’s all ok”, but did you do the compatibility mode check specifically? Where it tests the page with all other plugins deactivated and using a default theme? https://help.bootstrapped.ventures/article/108-debugging-plugin-problems

Very strange. Some kind of caching of the database queries that’s going wrong?
Can you test adding some text before and after the VLP (could just be a “.” for example) to see if it’s only the VLP shortcode disappearing, or the entire post content?
Tried changing it in database See screenshots below, I am very confuse now why its intermittently disappearing and re-appearing.

This has been fixed. The issue was caused by a persistent Object Cache of the server.
I have tried clearing the Object Cache and it is now showing properly in Frontend and Backend editor.
