    Try adding this in your custom css section or in your child theme css

    #membership-application-2 {
   padding:0;
   width:0px;
}

    ah you lost me straight away sorry! Weaver II theme is active – where do I find the css? for some reason the ‘form’ is truncated on the right…..

    Apology from my end, I should have been more thorough. Locate style.css file in your theme folder, open it and then paste that code at the end of it.

    However, it is recommended that should apply changes to child theme that way your changes will not be lost after updating, for more info check Child Theme
