Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

The Twenty Ten theme is the default WordPress theme.

Thank you for advice! I checked all plig-ins. Once I had good result with Form 7 when I deactivated it for first time. But when I activated – deactivated it for 2nd or 3rd time, nothing happened. I changed theme – no results also.
Finally, I opened phpMyAdmin I found the following code. I am code illiterate, so don’t have a clue what it means.

Hi. I am also not seeing anything inside the Visual editor. Completely blank. I have tried the manual plug-in deactivation and already am using the 2010 theme. Any more ideas?
