# Visual Editor Not Working

 * My Visual Editor Not working in 3.9.1

 * What I have tried :
    1) Updated theme to latest version 2) Disabled all Plugins
   3) Checked user account settings 4) Changed theme to WordPress default
 * Nothing worked so far

 * Can you verify that for your admin user that the setting in Users>Your profile
   >Visual editor: _Disable the visual editor when writing_ is _not_ checked?
 * If it is not, deactivate all plugins by renaming the plugins folder to /old-plugins/.
   If not that, switch to default _unedited_ theme. If none of the above, perform
   a manual update of WordPress core files (do not overwrite /wp-content/ folder!!)
   After each step make sure to clear any server cache/CDN in use and also your 
   browser cache.

 * If it was update. Maybe upload per ftp WP files again

 * I didnt update, installed fresh 3.9.1 in new site, 3 days old, and that too via
   cpanel, not manually
