Visual Editor Not Working

    I’m wondering is someone can help me: The visual editor will not work properly in the WP 3.8 control panel. I have tried clearing the cache in by browser, trying different browsers, turning off all plugins, etc.

    Here is a pic of what the broken editor looks like:

    The ‘text visual’ buttons don’t work in the picture.

    Any ideas?
