Visual Editor Not Working

    Thank you for this plugin. I just installed it and am trying to set it up. I am having a problem with the Email Templates. The ‘Visual’ editor shows HTML code rather than a visual representation. I copy the code from the Visual tab, and paste it in the ‘Text’ tab. Then the Visual tab works correctly. However, when I save changes, the Visual tab once again shows the HTML code and not the Visual representation.

    I appreciate your help with this problem.

    Thanks for your post.

    Could you please tell me if the HTML code is also showing in your email inbox? I just want to make sure that this issue is only happening on the WordPress dashboard.

    Thanks for your response. The email shows up OK in my email inbox. The problem is the inconvenience of copying and pasting the HTML in the ‘Visual’ tab to the ‘Text’ tab every time I want to view or change the email template.
