Visual Editor not working

    After your plugin helped me solve a CSS problem on my live site within minutes (THANKS!), I can’t get the visual mode working on my staging site. There’s not yet much content here, but something is blocking visual mode.

    Any idea what?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

    Check that the Site and WordPress URLs at Settings > General exactly match each other. If that doesn’t help, temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin and re-check the issue to see if a working baseline exists.

    Thanks for replying. It’s caused by a plugin, but finding out which one would take too long. I fix that whenever I need your plugin again. You can close the ticket.
