Visual Editor Not Working

After reading some of the above I guess I’m not the only one with this problem
After previewing the post I realized it needed a couple edits when I went back to make the changes I couldn’t get to the visual editor I could still find everything in the preview but not in either of the editors. I then tried starting a new post and the same thing happens. Checked profile Disable the visual editor when writing” is not checked. deactivated all plugins, cleared my browser cache and cookies used a different computer and browser. I changed back to the WordPress default theme nothing helped I even went so far as to restore back from last post date nothing helped.
