 * Hi everyone.
 * I’m new to WordPress and have been working my way through it with a tutorial.
   Everything is going great so far until I attempted to use the Visual Editor plugin.
   I appear to be missing the entire second tab/menu bar, the one which includes
   things like heading type, indentation, font color, etc. I’ve searched through
   the internet and forums and have found several posts with a similar problem,
   but none of them have worked. So far I’ve tried:
 * -Disabling all plugins and re-enabling them one at a time
    -Unchecking the “Disable
   the visual editor when writing” in my user profile -Deleting the .htaccess from
   my FTP. I found a conversation in the forums where this worked for someone. -
   Adding define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false ); to the wp-config file right before
   the require_once line. -Changing themes
 * Anyone have any other ideas? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
 * -Dylan
