Visual Editor missing on one of two Multisites

    Hey Guys,

    My Visual Editor is missing at one of my two WP-Sites. There is only a button called add media. And this one is broken too.

    I tried:
    1. New Version of WP
    2. Deactivate all plug-ins.
    3. Other Theme

    Nothing helps.

    I’ve searched through all topics. There are many ideas and thoughts what might be helpful. But I really have no Idea why it’s broken(because the second WP-Site still does not have any problems).
