Visual Editor Missing

    After updating WordPress to 4.2.3 the visual editor buttons on posts and pages are gone. I have disabled all plugins and the problem persists. Nothing appears in the Visual tab – it’s just a blank white page, but the content is there if I click the “Text” tab.
