Visual Editor does not work

Visual Editor does not work at all, can’t use it.
Text editor – the buttons do not do anything.

There is an error message likely related to that in the console:
TypeError: window.tinyMCE.activeEditor is null

and if I click on the VisualEditor tab, this error message comes up in console:
TypeError: c is undefined

But the Add-Media button works 🙂
