# Visual Editor Broken Help Please

 * I’m using 2010 which I’m very happy with (before anyone suggests I change theme).
   Logged on today and my visual editor button isn’t working on any of my pages,
   and I can only edit in html.
 * I’ve tried changing to the 2011 theme and back, and disabled all plugins, to 
   see if that will cure the problem, but no luck. Can someone help urgently please.

 * Go to Admin->Users->Your Profile, and make sure that the ‘Disable the visual 
   editor when writing’ box is not checked.
