# Visual Editor

 * Hello Everyone,
 * When I am creating a new WordPress post or page my visual editor has started 
   acting strangely.
 * When I click on the Visual tab I can see the two tabs for Visual and Text but
   then underneath the white box does not open and tools do not show – all I see
   is the bottom grey border. I have tried clicking the grey triangle in the corner
   to drag the box downwards but it is not moving but when I swap to Text view the
   tools and white box display fine and I can type in it.
 * This seems to occur in both Chrome and Opera which I have tested it in so far.

 * Sorry I forgot to update this request but I found out the issue was a plug-in
   called White Label CMS. I have deactivated it now and the Visual Editor displays
   fine.
