• hi,

I updated to WordPress 5.0.2 and now the hidden code of
Visual composer is visible in the wordpress editor (both classic and gutenberg.
Any idea why is that so and what I can do to fix this?

As an example, that’s the kind of code i see in the editor:
    [vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” anchor=”phd” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css=”.vc_custom_1535538345478{background-color: #f9f9f9 !important;}” z_index=””][vc_column][vc_separator type=”transparent” up=”20″ down=”20″][icon_text box_type=”normal” icon=”fa-codepen” icon_type=”normal” icon_position=”top” icon_size=”fa-3x” use_custom_icon_size=”no” title=”About our interactive technology” title_tag=”h1″ separator=”no”][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]

  • The visual composer plugin is not part of WordPress and is not supported here. Please visit the theme developer’s site if the plugin came bundled with the theme or the plugin page you downloaded it from.
