# Visual Composer doesnt load

 * Hi, I am a bit desesperated. I don´t know what is going on but when I try to 
   edit with visual composer in the frontend it doesnt load. In the backend, when
   I go to a page I dont find anymore the option “edit with visual composer” instead
   I get “add new with visual composer” I dont know what is wrong
    Thank u if somebody
   could help me

 * Thank you Lisa, I already wrote them but I didn´t have any answer. Maybe as I
   ´m using the free version… I ve now changed to a older version and it still keeps
   loading and never displaying but at least I can see the backend button so maybe
   it´s a problem related to my hosting (It s happening to me in 2 websites but 
   it doesnt happen on a local server) I dont know, till yesterday it was working
   fine!

   might help you to narrow the source of the problem use the troubleshooting tools
   in health check plugin
