# Visual Composer bugs

 * So i recently ran into a bug where, while attempting to edit a page with Visual
   Composer, there were only two boxes rather than the actual page content, and 
   the text inside the boxes was white and uneditable. I cant change between visual
   and text, and the add media button is clickable, but doesnt do anything.
 * I found a bunch of potential solutions, like adding small snippets of code into
   the wp-config file, switching themes and turning off all plugins. Nothing has
   worked.
 * Today, however, I noticed that all the editing features were actually hidden 
   at the bottom of the page, under the dashboard sidebar on the left. They are 
   peaking out from under the sidebar. I can interact with them, but most of the
   elements are hidden so i cant get to them.
 * Im posting this in the hope that this extra bit of information will help someone
   solve this issue, as this a company website and taking it down to manually reinstall
   wordpress isnt really an option, especially since im mostly learning as i go 
   here.

 * Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official
   support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

 * Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would
   not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have
   faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s
   developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, 
   as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back
   to the community in a more robust way.

 * Unfortunately, as i inherited this responsibility at work, i have no idea what
   the purchase credentials are for the visual composer, which locks me out of their
   help center. I was hoping with the apparent huge knowledgebase here i could find
   some help. Is there a better forum you can suggest, since i cannot get help here?
   Unfortunately all the questions regarding this issue i have seen online have 
   also been posted here.

 * We can certainly leave this thread open, in case anyone with the answer stops
   by, but it might be best for the company to sort out access to WPBakery’s help
   system, as they did pay for it.
