I have been experiencing the same problem–can’t save any of the progress I’ve made. The steps it tells me to take to get support keeps spinning me in circles, or shows pages that say “Server Error”.
I experienced you can only get support or write a question when you’re in your paid period of support-time. I didn’t find a forum or something inofficial.

I solved my problem with disable the seo plugin
