I’ve read the guidance.
To solve my problem (bypass), I installed another plugin called “Elementor Header & Footer Builder”. But I would like it to be temporary until I finally resolve my difficulty with Astra.

Thanks for the screenshot. This is weird indeed. Probably there is a plugin installed on your site that causes this issue. What about the Header Builder, did you have the same issue?
Well, I would ask you to try to temporarily deactivate all the plugins installed on your site. If it solves the issue, then please reactivate the plugins one by one until you notice the issue comes back. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.
