Hi,
I’ve the same problem, in the Overview page, in the summary table visits = 129, in the Hit statistics visits = 55.
I’m using WPMU
Thanks,
Mauro
I’ve identified the issue, there will be a fix in the next release, though you will have to run it manually after the upgrade.
Thanks Greg
I’ve reinstalled the plugin after the the update but I’m still getting the skewed figures as before. Please advise.
Thanks
Geoff
Have you follow the upgrade instructions and gone to Statistics->Optimization->Database and added the visit index?
All I see in my list of plugins is the option to update – which I’ve done. Under settings there is a list of headings and I can find statistical reporting but I can’t find anyway the option to go statistics>Optimization>Database or visit index. Remember I’m using the free version and it was fine until a week or so ago.
Please note that I have no technical knowledge which is why I rely on plugins to provide info. Please advise.
Thank you.
Geoff
The main WordPress menu down the left hand side will have the Statistics item near the bottom. Click it, a sub menu will appear under it after the page load that includes “Optimization”, click it.
This will load a page with multiple tabs, one of which will be “Database”, click it.
There will be several options on this tab, the last will be to add an index to the visit table.
Cheers Greg
Great support. Much appreciated. Geoff
