Visitors not counted since august 2019 and “forbidden” with some stats

Hello,
first I want to say thanks for the great plugin. I’m using it on several client-sites. Two of them don’t count the visitors. The other does.
Als client-sites have the same configuration of plugin (for example WP Rocket), theme and wp statistics. But they have different hosters.
What might be the reason for not counting on two sites, while 7 others run fine ?
And both show a problem, when I want to see stats of p.e. 3 months or 1 year. System show me an error 403.
I will be very thanfull for help

PS.: Certainly I had also deactivated all other plugins while testing … Its making no difference if or not.
