Visitor notification to admin button

    I am searching for a plugin that would allow me the following. Let’s say I add a Youtube video in my blog and for any reason the video is deleted by the Youtube user, Youtube admin or blocked for copyright stuff. Now I would have a “broken” video added to my post.

    Is there any plugin that would allow a visitor to click a button for “removed video”, showing me in the admin panel a notification so I can fix it?
