# Visitor error HELP!

 * Pretty much when a new visitor spectates the site it auto directs them to the
   old contact-us page. I think I may have recently made that to force new players
   to login but I have deleted the login system now as it is un-needed and don’t
   have a clue how to get rid of this auto direct please help

 * to rule out ant plugin/theme-specific issue, try:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all)
   plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can
   interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find
   the problematic plugin(s). – If that does not resolve the issue, try switching
   to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme for a moment using the WP dashboard
   to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
