Hi @tgoarant
When the plugin is activated, GA counts twice any page that is visited.
That definitely sounds odd!
This typically happens because you have another Google Analytics plugin, or integration set up for your site.
If so, could you temporarily deactivate the other code and see if that fixes the problem?
If you want, you could use Google Tag Assistant to check for any issues with your Google Analytics integration, as mentioned in our doc: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#section-4
This might report any potential troubles that might be triggering this.
Let us know if this fixes the problem, or if you need any further assistance from our end!
Hello,
Thanks for the answer.
I have no other GA plugin.
The only thing that I have is the HTML snippet copy/pasted into my HTML integration. Does this need to be deleted?
Thanks for your clarification.

That’s definitely the cause of the problem then.
Our Google Analytics plugin already tracks standard visits, so additional analytics code is not required. When I was referring to the Google Analytics plugin, I was also referring to manually-added analytics tracking code Apologies for the confusion.
Anyhow, removing the code that you added manually, and keeping our extension should fix the problems.
Let us know if you keep running into troubles.
All the best!
