    Hi,

I found a topic on this from 2+ years ago but there wasn’t a resolution posted – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/credit-card-icons-render-incorrectly-at-checkout/

When the customers enter their credit card number at checkout with Woocommerce, it either shows the Visa icon repeatedly or the Mastercard icon.

The theme used is Astra with Elementor page builder.

A couple of clients have seen this, thought it looked strange and gone to a competitor.

How do we solve this issue? Is there a way to hide those images?

    Regards,
    Karen.

    Hi there @karenkisswpwebsites

Thank you for reaching out about this, let’s figure out why things are not lining-up.

As I understand, either the VISA or MASTERCARD icons are displayed repeatedly when a customer enters their card details. Correct?

Just to clarify, is the latest available version of the plugin installed (version 3.6.1 as of writing this), or otherwise?

Furthermore, could you clarify if, when having the latest version of the WooCommerce Eway Gateway plugin installed and activated, with the Storefront theme active the issue persists, please?

Looking forward to your response, thanks!

    Hi,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Best.
