Virtue theme space between menu and heading/slider

Hi,

I am working with the Virtue theme (non premium) and am stuck with 2 lines and a big blank space in between the Secundary Navigation Menu and the slider on top of the menu. I have already looked at the style.css but there is just some info about the theme and its designer. I would like to delete the 2 lines and the big blank space.

Would be great if you could help me out!
