• I like virtue(free) with very good customize-features.
    My problem is sidebar visibility.
    My Page/post setting is “no side bar” as default.
    But I still can see the sidebar at single post view.
    I checked at post editor(classic) and found post option shows
    Display sidebar?->yes
    I do not understand why this is showing “Yes” though my default setting at theme option is “No”.
    I do not want to change it to “No” for each post manually. Otherwise, it has no meaning of “default setting”.
    This is very important to the users who want to display sidebar only on home landing page.
    Will you please check and advise your helpful comment?
    TKS!

    Hey,
    Sorry for the delay! Where are you setting this? Are you using the premium theme? Can you post a link?
    Thanks!

    I am taking about Virtue Free theme.
    Your other free theme “Ascend” works correctly but “Virtue” is not.
    Though I setup “no side bar” at theme option, it shows “yes” at new post editing.
    “Ascend” shows “Default” and create a new post without sidebar.

    Virtue free does not have the option to set a default no-sidebar template for your posts as Virtue Premium and Ascend do. The option I believe you’re referencing in your page/post settings is for pages only. Sorry!
