Virtue – Kadence – Can't customise!

    I activated my Virtue (Free) Theme through Go Daddy and when I try to customise it, all it shows is a blank page and there are no options in the customise menu to add photos. When I change the topbar colour and save it, it reverts back to the original colour. Go Daddy have no idea what to do. I’m lost and annoyed. Can someone direct me to a “Set Up Free Virtue” page????
