Virtue Contact/Vcard Widget

    Is there a way to have the Email field in the Contact/Vcard widget link to a contact page url instead of the mailto:?
    I’m using a child theme and I’m assuming I will have to adjust the php somehow, but am not sure what commands to use and what code to change.

    Hey,
    You can’t really replace a widget with a child theme like you can a template file. You would need to create a new widget (which you can copy the widget from the parent theme and rename) but thats more work then need for what you doing. my suggestion is just to copy the source code from the widget. Paste that into a text widget and change what you want.
