Virtual Products – No Available Payment Method

    Hi, I just updated WooCommerce to the latest build (Released today at 8/12/15) and ever since I updated I’ve started having troubles with virtual products on checkout.
    For some reason, virtual products have “No available payment method in your state” according to my website, but I’m 100% sure that I enabled COD, enabled virtual product COD, and enabled free shipping with N/A requirements. Nevertheless, this issue still persists throughout my website and I’m confused on why the payment/shipping methods suddenly appear if I add another virtual product to my cart.
    Something else I noticed is that the issue also persists whenever it claims shipping methods are not available on the cart as well.

    Any workarounds to this issue?
